The SAGs
Another big winner of the night was Little Miss Sunshine. It won Best Ensemble Cast (the SAG s equivalent to a best picture award), and because it won the most prestigious award of the night, I no longer have an idea on who would win the Best Picture at the Academy Awards this year.
Babel won Best Picture at the Golden Globes, The Departed won Best Picture at the Critic's Choice Awards, and now LMS at the SAGs.
Every year, the Best Picture winner is usually pretty predictable, but I really have no clue this time.

New Domain!
I bought morningbell.org and have forwarded it to 1979.inspirelight.net (just for the time being). So if you visit my new domain, you'll end up here again. Exciting, ain't it?
Anyway, if you're reading this and you happened to have harshmercy.com under your links page, please change it to morningbell.org.
And if someone is generous enough to host my site for free, then be my guest. I'll love you forever.
That'll be all.

Registration Code
SO this registration code for my accounting course would cost $60.00 if bought separately from the accounting textbook.
For 12 numbers...60 bucks?
That's like $5.00 per figure. That's insane.
Sometimes, I even wonder why I have accounting when I'm a media student.
The mysteries of post-secondary education.
Gradient
I took this picture last year at 5 am in the morning and I have totally forgotten to post it until now. It's so purdy. Wonders happen in the early morn.
Anyway, I have a new layout...woohoo!!! Got rid of that dull orange one and decorated this site with bolder colours. I'm pretty happy with the result.
Oh, and this is the last day of my break. Tomorrow, I'll be walking down the streets of Toronto again. Grrr...
Don't get me wrong, I want to go back to school to see my friends, but I don't really fancy the studying part.

Almost Over
My Christmas Break is coming to its bitter end, and if there's one word to summarize what I've been this break, it would be idle.
I hardly hung out with anyone these past weeks, and I have also abstained from signing on MSN. I guess you can say I pretty much pulled a human hibernation. I totally hid into the dark abyss and avoided society. But then again, don't I always?
As much as I've enjoyed the whole three weeks all to myself, I do feel somewhat incomplete. Maybe I should have had at least a minute or two of normal human contact. By normal human, I mean my friends and not family friends.
My main domain also peaced the stork out. Which is bad for my part because that's my only medium of communication with people. However, there's this dominating part of me that just wouldn't allow me to renew the site for some stupid reason.
My Macbook, Charlie, seems to enjoy the idea of dying as well, so now, it's following the footsteps of my dead site. I don't exactly know what's wrong with it, but it unexpectedly shuts down and rejects all the DVDs and CDs I put in it. I better go get this poor thing checked and fixed.
The picture above doesn't relate to this entry at all, but it sums up how I currently feel and what I currently need.
That's all.
Bored of the Do
Well, I will spend my day figuring out what it is I want exactly. On a brighter note, I started a film site yesterday and hopefully, I will be able to launch that soon to the public. Also, I'm thinking of buying a domain (again) maybe in a couple of weeks. Maybe. Still thinking of a good name.
I watched the extended version of LOTR The Return of the King last night. It was five ours long too. That's like five and a half episodes of Grey's Anatomy. Just saying.

Happy New Year!
I've been sooo busy with the whole holidays celebrations and with the never-ending family friends parties. So exhausting! I don't even like most of the people at those parties. Whatever, they probably don't like me either.
Anyway, for two weeks, I've done nothing but eat, sleep, and watch DVD boxsets: Seasons 1 and 2 of Grey's Anatomy and Three's Company Season 1. I also watched The Two Towers, the extended version. When they said extended, it's EXTENDED! The movie was like 5 hours long!
However, my brain has been mainly pickled by Grey's Anatomy, and now, all I can think and dream about is McDreamy and anuerysms. So sad. So sad. So sad.
