2 down, 3 more to go
I finished writing the GRA 204 and 202 exams. I'm glad that those two are over, however I hated the fact that the exams weren't even 24 hours apart. I had to force so much information in my little brain in such a short amount of time. Since I did that, I suffered the worst headache ever last night. I came home from school and I took a nap assuming that the headache was caused by the lack of sleep. Apparently, I was wrong. Sleep didn't cure the ache, so I tried vomitting it out. I puked. I actually puked. I haven't vomitted for almost six years now. But, that didn't help the pain to go away either. So I ate some chocolate coated cracker and resorted to the pill...the um, Advil. And guess what? That didn't work as well.
So, the final solution, which should've have been my first choice, is a head massage from my father. Five minutes after the massage I was cured and "facebooking" like nothing happened. I learned a valuable lesson from this experience: Facebook is fun. Aha, yes, it does not relate to anything, but whatever.
Anyway, I need to make it up for not writing on this blog as often as I wished. So, here's a breakdown of my academic successes and flops:
September - December: Was horrible.
January:
- Back to school, back to skipping
- For a second, I thought management was the most fun class
- Business Communication started off fun and seemingly easy
- GCM poster was introduced
February:
- Did horrible on the third instumentation report
- 202 mid-term was good
- Asked Rye for an extension, and my wish was granted
- GCM posters were due
March:
- Mid-terms attacked
- Book cover due
- What Geography? I stopped going to class
- Business Communication is not fun, and definitely not easy
- Management was one thing in my book: a skip-worthy class
- GCM BROWNIES! Desgining a brownie package was tough, and was extra tough for me because my illegal Illustrator screwed me over
April:
- Aileen introduced me to Facebook
- Week 13 was Hell Week number 2, and I miraculously survived it
- Facebook did not ease some harshness away from the week of hell
- Facebook made hell week...super hell week of hell-in-hell
- I still love Facebook
- FINALS!
- I apparently helped save turnitin.com
- My GCM poster was a runner up, ha! That was a surprise
- I need a job!
So it's not the best breakdown of my freshman year - it's hardly a breakdown actually...heh.
I have three more exams to go! Time flew by so fast...in five months, I'm gonna be a second year student. Would you look at that?

HELLO?
Exams are getting closer and closer, and my brain is getting smaller and smaller. April 7 has already passed but I still need to make a new layout for this site and my harshmercy one. I'm going through a design brain freeze stage.
Heh...when exams are all over, I will finally relax, enjoy HGTV to the fullest and update my darn sites. They will be loved for four months.
Last note:
SUMMER! WHERE ART THOU?
