My midterm for this class is tomorrow at 1:10 pm. I'm trying sooo hard to read the course kit and the handouts, but no matter how hard I try to convince myself that the material in front of me is interesting, I end up feeling extremely dozy. This studying-before-midterms-or-a-test-or-an-exam is relatively new to me. In high school, I didn’t study before an exam or a test. I allowed fate to handle my fortunate or unfortunate future. If I fail, I fail. If I pass, I pass. But things don’t work like that anymore. If I fail, I’ll get my arse kicked by the school (they’ll kick my arse out of the school and back to the ghetto), and after that beating, I’ll get more at home from my parents. If I pass, I am entitled to sigh.
I think, I would enjoy post secondary so much more if it wasn't so expensive. I'm still pretty annoyed at the fact that I'm paying so much money to suffer. The world works in such a weird manner. Free things are always better. University is not free, therefore, it's...BAH!!!
Hopefully, I will be able to bond with university as I did with Xavier.
Heh, time will tell.
